Taking care of mail and phone.
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Taking care of petty cash, expenses and tracking inventory.
Supporting external accountant by preparing documents.
General admin and office tasks.
Additionally you'll be supporting the HR manager with:
Handling the end to end payroll process.
Maintaining employee data.
Applying for work permits and visas for foreign employees.
Dealing with BOI (Board of Investment) and managing any related queries.
Tracking and coordinating 90 day reports for foreign employee.
Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees if required.
